Who are we?
We are a closely-knit team of fighter pilots each with 20+ years of experience in fighter operations at all operational levels. Though our careers we have witnessed too many fighter sorties wasted as a result of poor planning and scheduling. As flying hours have become an increasingly scarce resource it is more important than ever that the right pilot is flying the right mission every time.
We have made it our mission to maximize productivity in every mission, every day.

Peter Vejling
It all begins with an idea. Through the years Peter witnessed valuable resources wasted by pilots repeatedly being scheduled for missions, they did not need to fly. He then took it upon him to write a software tool which would automate the entire scheduling process in a fighter squadron. This endeavor resulted in the Flexible Automated Scheduling Tool (FAST). Peter is a fighter pilot with 20+ years of experience flying the F-16 and the F-35.

Martin Walldén Jespersen, M.Sc.
Martin has held several leadership positions related to fighter operations and has 20+ years experience flying the F-16 and F-35. As former squadron commander balancing resources and ensuring pilots get adequate training has been his key objective for years.
